Here are a few common fixes.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the Bluetooth printer has been connected properly. Refer to the<a href=\"http:\/\/54.197.69.253\/help\/setup\/#bluetooth\"> setup page.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Sometimes Orders Up may miss something when the printer is connected. Try turning the unit off and back on.<\/li>\n<li>Additionally, you can try restarting the app by going back to the home screen and revisiting Orders Up.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the printer is not already paired with another device. It will not pair with another device if it is already paired.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div> \n\t<\/div> <\/div><div class=\"panel-heading\"><h3><a href=\"#\" class=\"panel-link\">I want to manage my users \/ I can&#039;t remember my PIN! <span class=\"icon icon-plus\"><\/span><span class=\"icon icon-minus\"><\/span><\/a><\/h3><\/div><div class=\"panel-body panel-content\">\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element \">\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\n\t\t\t<p>You&#8217;ll need administrator access for this, so ask your supervisor to follow these steps.<\/p>\n<p>1. A Delete button will appear next to the order.
